Your All-on-4 journey begins with a comprehensive evaluation using advanced imaging technology. Dr. Phan will assess your jawbone density, remaining teeth condition, and overall oral health to create a customized treatment plan.

On the day of your procedure, any remaining teeth in the treatment arch will be gently extracted if necessary. The four titanium implants are then precisely placed at predetermined angles to maximize bone contact. Two implants are positioned vertically in the front of your jaw, while two are angled in the back to avoid sensitive areas and utilize denser bone.

Following implant placement, we typically attach a temporary set of teeth the same day, allowing you to leave our Fort Mill office with a functional smile. After approximately three to six months of healing, you'll return for your final restoration.

Ideal candidates for All-on-4 treatment include those who are missing most or all teeth in an arch, have insufficient bone density for traditional implants, or are currently struggling with ill-fitting dentures.
